Odisha announces Silicon Valley project with 25% capex support

Odisha is launching a proposed Silicon Valley near Cuttack, aiming to attract semiconductor investments. Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi revealed plans during SEMICON India 2026, highlighting 870 acres allocated for the hub, which will support semiconductor, electronics, and IT projects. The state is offering 25% extra capex support to enhance investment appeal.
