Shares of Solar Industries India fell nearly 9% to around ₹20,300 after announcing a ₹12,951 cr acquisition of South Africa's Omnia Holdings. The all-cash deal, valued at USD 1.355 billion, is subject to approvals and expected to close by mid-2027. Despite the decline, Goldman Sachs maintained a Buy rating with a target price of ₹26,550.
