Tata Steel's board has approved the merger with NINL and a $2 billion investment in T Steel Holdings Pte. This includes acquiring a stake in Medica TS Hospital for ₹1.49 cr. The merger remains subject to necessary approvals, following Tata Steel's earlier acquisition of NINL for ₹12,100 cr in July 2022.
