UGRO Capital has finalized its acquisition of Profectus Capital for ₹1,400 cr in cash, making Profectus a wholly-owned subsidiary. This deal adds ₹3,468 cr in assets, boosting UGRO's consolidated AUM by 29% to ₹15,471 cr. The transaction is expected to yield an annual profit increase of ₹150 cr and unlock ₹115 cr in operating synergies.
