UltraTech Cementની ફાઇનાન્સ કમિટીએ ₹5,000 કરોડ સુધીના 5,00,000 NCDs ના પ્રાઈવેટ પ્લેસમેન્ટ નું મંજુર કર્યું છે, જેનો દરેકનો મોંઘવારો ₹1 લાખ રાખવામાં આવ્યો છે. આ નિર્ણય Q1 FY27 ના મજબૂત પ્રદર્શન પછી લેવામાં આવ્યો છે, જેમાં આવક 15.85% વધી ₹24,648.20 cr થઈ છે અને નેટ નફો 16.77% વધીને ₹2,599.28 cr થયો છે. આ ફંડ્સ 200.1 MTPA થી 212.7 MTPA સુધી ક્ષમતા વિસ્તરણ યોજનાઓમાં મદદરૂપ થશે FY27 સુધી.
