UltraTech Cement's Finance Committee has approved the issuance of up to ₹5,000 crore through private placement of 5,00,000 NCDs at ₹1 lakh each. This decision follows a strong Q1 FY27 performance, with revenue up 15.85% YoY to ₹24,648.20 cr and net profit up 16.77% YoY to ₹2,599.28 cr. The funds will support capacity expansion plans from 200.1 MTPA to 212.7 MTPA by FY27.
