DCM Shriram Limited has signed a definitive agreement with Serentica Renewables for a 58 MW peak hybrid renewable energy project in Bharuch, Gujarat. This initiative will increase DCM Shriram’s total renewable capacity to 176 MW across its sites. The project, expected to be commissioned by June 2027, involves an investment of up to ₹105 cr for a 26% equity stake in Serentica Renewables.
