India's residential prices increased 9.6% YoY, outperforming the global average, according to a report by Knight Frank. Sales in the top eight cities remained steady at over 3.48 lakh units in 2025, with the highest volumes since 2013. Price growth was led by the National Capital Region at 19%, followed by Hyderabad at 13% and Bengaluru at 12%.
This robust performance indicates strong domestic demand and a stable macroeconomic environment, which may positively influence investor sentiment in the real estate sector.
