Infosys has initiated its largest buyback to date, aiming to repurchase 10 crore shares at ₹1,800 each, totaling ₹18,000 crore. The buyback opens on 20 Nov 2023 and will close on 26 Nov 2023. This move represents 2.41% of its paid-up capital and follows four previous buybacks since 2017.

The buyback ratios are set at 2:11 for reserved shares and 17:706 for the general category, impacting shareholder value positively.
