Infosys is initiating its largest-ever share buyback program worth ₹18,000 crore from 20 to 26 Nov 2025. The company plans to repurchase up to 10 crore shares at ₹1,800 per share, amounting to 2.41% of its paid-up equity capital. Small shareholders will receive priority allocation in this tender offer.
