Nuvoco Vistas Corporation has acquired Vadraj Energy from JSW Cement and Alpha Alternatives in a ₹200 crore deal. This acquisition includes 100% of securities of Algebra Endeavour, Vadraj's holding company. The power plants in Kutch and Surat will support Nuvoco's captive power needs, enhancing operational efficiency.
