Mindspace Business Parks REIT has expanded its portfolio by acquiring three commercial properties from K Raheja Corp for ₹2,916 crore. This acquisition increases total commercial space from 38.2 million sq ft to 39 million sq ft. The deal includes a preferential issue of units worth ₹1,820 crore and liabilities of ₹1,100 crore, enhancing their asset base significantly.
