NCLT approves DLF amalgamation scheme for subsidiaries

The National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT) has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation effective February 13, 2026. This scheme merges two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Bhamini Real Estate Developers and DLF Urban, into DLF Home Developers Limited. Following this merger, the transferor companies will dissolve, ceasing to be subsidiaries of DLF Limited.

This restructuring is expected to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency within the DLF group, potentially impacting market sentiment positively.
