Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. advised an 18-bank syndicate on the ₹10,602 crore initial public offering of ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company. The IPO, which included an offer for sale by Prudential Corporation Holdings, was listed on BSE and NSE on 19 Dec 2025. This marks a significant milestone as the largest syndicate for an Indian IPO.
