The Supreme Court has overturned a Gujarat government order to reclaim 108 hectares of grazing land from Adani Ports. The court ruled that the state's July 4, 2024 order violated natural justice principles by not allowing the affected party a chance to be heard. This ruling may stabilize Adani's land holdings in Mundra.
