Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas advised TPG on its multi-billion dollar joint venture with TCS to develop energy-efficient AI Data Centers in India. The partners will invest around $2 billion, with plans to raise an additional $4-5 billion in debt. This marks one of the largest private equity investments in the Indian tech sector.
