Bank of Baroda has agreed to a $600 million out-of-court settlement in the NMC Health fraud case, part of a $5.4 billion claim by Alvarez & Marsal. The bank, along with NMC's founder BR Shetty and former CEO Prasanth Manghat, faced allegations of facilitating fraud. The settlement was reached without admission of liability, ending the dispute.
