Global investment firm Blackstone has divested a 9.5% stake in IT and consulting company Mphasis for ₹4,726 crore. Following this news, Mphasis shares fell 1.10% to close at ₹2,659.70 on the BSE. This sale follows Blackstone's earlier divestment of a 15.08% stake in June for ₹6,735 crore.
