JSW Energy has finalized its acquisition of Tidong Power Generation for ₹1,728 crore through its subsidiary JSW Neo Energy. This 150 MW hydroelectric project in Himachal Pradesh is expected to be commissioned by October 2026 and includes a 75 MW PPA with Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation at a fixed tariff of ₹5.
