Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited (ONGC) has commissioned gas evacuation facilities at Khoraghat GGS-1 in Assam, enabling the processing of 1 lakh SCM of surplus natural gas daily from its Jorhat asset. This facility connects to the North East Gas Grid, enhancing regional gas distribution. The move complements the Dergaon–Dimapur Pipeline, linking Nagaland to the grid.
