State-run Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC) has appointed RBSA Advisors as the valuation consultant and SBI Capital Markets Ltd as the merchant banker for its proposed merger with REC Ltd. This move follows the government's budget announcement aimed at enhancing efficiency in public sector NBFCs.
