Bank of Baroda has reached an out-of-court settlement of $600 million (approximately ₹5,700 crore) to resolve litigation with NMC Health in Abu Dhabi and London. This settlement concludes insolvency proceedings without admitting liability, capping the bank's exposure in the NMC Health collapse. The payment was made through its Abu Dhabi branch, resolving claims in both jurisdictions.
